Abstract

During the seminar, we will discuss some graphs from the literature that are misleading, wrong, hard to interpret or simply “ugly”. We will discuss the important factors that should be considered when making plots, especially the necessity for standards regarding scientific data presentation. I will provide useful tips to improve graphs and make them nicer and more readable.
